Receptionist (full time)
Job Duties:
Ensure that all customers who visit or contact the hotel have their expectations met and exceeded.
Ensure that the 4* standard of the Hotel is consistently achieved and maintained.
Work as part of the hotel team to promote a positive image of the Park Avenue Hotel.
The role will include all duties pertaining to reception, including taking reservations, answering calls, dealing with customers.
Qualifications / Experience:
This is a front facing role, therefore excellent communication skills and a team working skills are essential.
1-2 years experience in either a customer facing receptionist role or 1-2 years hospitality experience is required.
Proven experience with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook and ideally used property management systems previously is required.
GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths is essential.
Experience in a similar hotel reception role is desirable.
Hospitality experience is desirable.
Experience of Visual One is desirable.
A qualification in hotel, tourism or hospitality is desirable.
