Billy Stephens – Managing Director
Mr Stephens has built the business to where we stand today. With almost 50 years experience ha has steered us through our recent period of growth and re-investment. His extensive knowledge is a valuable resource that the management team continually refers to.
Mandy Martin – Director
Mandy has been involved in the hotel since her teens and now assists her father in the day to day running and development. Mandy works closely with the management team ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
Stephen Magowan – Head Chef
Stephen joined us in 1998 as Head Chef. He has been responsible for updating menus to coincide with our progression. He is a valued member of the management team.
Melanie Sharrad – Sales & Marketing Manager
Melanie has considerable experience in the travel and tourism sector. Her enthusiasm and drive coupled with the investment in the refurbishments will ensure that the Park Avenue meets and exceeds its valued customer's expectations.
Angela Reid – Front Office/Conference Manager
Angela has been with the company has developed and progressed so has Angela's role grown, from receptionist to front office/conference manager.
Stephen Murray – Duty Manager
Stephen looks after our conference and seminar delegates and ensures that all conferences run according to the organisers specifications.
Raymond Warnock - Maintenance Manager
Raymond has been with the hotel for over 10 years; he works very hard behind the scenes to keep the premises in good order and also ensures functions are prepared to the guest's specification.
